Taylor Swift leads the Billboard Music Awards nominations with 20 accolades, as expected. Taylor is followed by SZA and Morgan Wallen, both of whom have 17 nominations. Â
Other notable nominees this year include The Weeknd (16 nominations), Drake (14 nominations), and Zach Bryan (14 nominations in 13 categories). Â
The winners of the Billboard Music Awards will be announced on November 19. It was originally revealed that there will be no traditional broadcast, only revelations on Billboard and BBMAs’ official social media accounts. Â
This year, in addition to this adjustment, there are nine new categories. Top Hot 100 Songwriter, Top Hot 100 Producer, Top Rock Duo/Group, Top Global K-Pop Artist, Top K-Pop Tour, Top K-Pop Album, Top Global K-Pop Song, Top Afrobeats Artist, and Top Afrobeats Song are among the new categories.
