Invincible 2 Release Date – With just a hazy release date for the second season of Invincible, fans are eager to learn what the future holds for the show. Invincible was an unexpected hit for Amazon.
Robert Kirkman produced the superhero comic book series Invincible, which was distributed by Image Comics. Although it horrified readers with its shocking violence, Mark Grayson’s path as a superhero kept readers interested. It comes as no surprise then that an adaptation has been in the works for a long time.
The live-action film was stalled in production, but Amazon continued with an animated TV series, which was a huge success in 2021 and had fans clamouring for more Invincible.
Invincible was given a two-season extension after becoming a huge hit on Amazon Prime, but the following season’s filming abruptly stopped for almost two years.

The next season of Invincible will premiere in “late 2023,” according to a shockingly self-aware teaser trailer that finally gave audiences some information.
After a few months, Kirkman offered his fans an update, claiming that “it’s coming along really great” and that he “can’t wait for people to finally…stop asking [him] about it:”
Invincible’s upcoming season was never postponed because it didn’t have a release date to begin with. Therefore, the true query is why the release of the following season has been so delayed.
Production did not begin until after Invincible’s first season was released since Amazon’s delayed renewal took place before post-production was complete. Additionally, if the animated teaser is any indicator, the animation quality has much increased, which would explain why this season’s production cycle was lengthier.
What Will Happen in Invincible Season 2?
Omi-Man betrayed the world at the end of the first season, abandoning his conquest of Earth and taking off into the depths of space, leaving Mark Garson, alias Invincible, as the last real line of defence against the Vultrimite Empire.
Of course, Mark’s final exchange with Allen at the close of the season teased a number of story themes that would undoubtedly be developed in the following one, including the Flaxans’ unavoidable return and the Sequids’ invasion of Mars.

The introduction of Angstrom Levy was also hinted at, and Kirkman said that viewers “could kind of get a sense from watching season 1” of how they intend to adapt the character:
We’ve hinted that Angstrom Levy would be in season 2, so that is definitely something to get excited about. There are many things that emerge from that character, and I suppose you could kind of get a sense from watching season 1 basically how we’re going to be adapting those things and how they would build up season 2. You can conduct these enjoyable experiments on your own to try to predict how Season 2 will play out. You will be found out.
